Tiramisu recipe with whipped cream

Make coffee with sugar and leave to cool. Then add the cream liqueur.

Mix the yolks with the powdered sugar, adding one spoon at a time and always mixing until the sugar melts. When the cream has tripled in volume and turned white, add the cold mascarpone cream from the fridge and mix at low speed. Add the cream liqueur and then the whipped cream separately.

Syrup the biscuits in coffee and place them in a cake tray, at the base and on the edges, then put a layer of cream, another layer of syrupy biscuits and so on until the cream and biscuits are finished, the last layer being cream.

Refrigerate for a few hours, then sprinkle with cocoa.
