Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and pass them through the tomato separator. Peel an onion, finely chop and fry in oil. Donuts and kapia peppers are washed and finely chopped (I recommend the food processor!). Add the tomato juice and the combination of donuts and peppers. This year I made tomato juice to adjust :)) ketchup I haven't tried yet, maybe next year :). Now I made some more tomatoes with peppers and greens for soups :), but it's good that I know where to find tried and tasted recipes :))

One of the advantages to fermented dairy products is that you can make them at home. Fermenting your own yogurt or kefir is really easy and absolutely anyone can do it.

Other dairy products are more complicated. Butter and ghee are acceptable because they are low in lactose (especially ghee). Some cheeses might be OK on the Candida diet, particularly those that are low in lactose, but these cheeses still likely contain large amounts of casein. Milk is generally off the menu, again because of the lactose and casein. Lactose is a natural sugar and casein is a protein that is responsible for many dairy intolerances.

Also be aware that organic dairy products are a much better choice. Non-organic dairy products tend to contain hormones and antibiotics that can play havoc with the gut, and prevent long-term healing.

Learn how to make ketchup at home with this homemade ketchup recipe. It's made from tomato paste and other ingredients, and I'll show you how to make a spicy version.

I'm a weirdo with sauce and spice. If you've been browsing this website, you'll probably pick it up pretty quickly. I like to cook all kinds of dishes, but when it comes to flavors, the spices are there. A good spice adds the finishing touch to many to a great meal.

We were talking about hot sauces, sauces, snacks, pickles, as well as some of the most popular spices I've known since I was a kid - Mustard and Ketchup. We've been making homemade mustard for years, so we made our own time homemade ketchup to go with her, right? Of course, I will make a spicy version, but you can easily adjust it to your favorite level.

Once you make your own ketchup at home, you will never want to buy ketchup bought in the store again.

Add the flour until the dough sticks to your hands. It's not too hard dough.
Knead or grease the work table and spread the dough with a rolling pin in a rectangular shape and not too thick.
Cut the squares about 1.5 cm on each side and put a piece of fruit shit on each one. Roll and place in a greased or lined tray with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until slightly colored.
When they are cold, I powder them with vanilla or plain sugar.

They are so good with a cup of milk or yogurt!

The first ketchup recipe

At first, the sauce was added to soups, put over meat or fish. The first recipe was published by horticulturist James Mease, who called tomatoes "love apples." But the vinegar and sugar were missing from the sauce. The big problem remained the long-term preservation of the tomato sauce, in which some added all sorts of additives to get rid of spores, bacteria and yeasts resulting from fermentation, between them, and sodium benzoate. The other day I went to the country and picked from my father-in-law's garden a box full of ripe tomatoes, tasty, juicy without any chemicals. I made them a spicy ketchup extremely good. I won't tell you how my family put it in it, they ate it and spread it on bread, for real! I have to get back to the country to stock up, those tomatoes are too good !! Here you will find another recipe for homemade ketchup, just as good and tasty !!

Spicy Ketchup-Ingredient
4 kg tomatoes
3 red capsicums
2 onions
2 carrots
a little celery
5-6 cloves of garlic
a sprig of thyme
ground black pepper
2 bay leaves
2 small, hot peppers
30 ml vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar
2 crushed aspirins or a teaspoon of salicylic acid

Spicy ketchup-Preparation
The well-washed tomatoes are passed through the tomato machine.
The juice obtained is boiled in a pot with thick walls.
Onions, carrots, celery, capsicums, garlic, all cleaned are crushed in a robot until we bring them to the pasta stage.
Pour over the tomato juice, add the thyme sprig, bay leaves, hot peppers and simmer for a few hours until reduced by half.
Season with salt and pepper, add sugar and vinegar and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool a bit, remove the thyme sprig and bay leaves and then mix in a blender until you get a fine paste.
Add the salicyl and put it in bottles washed and sterilized in the oven.
Staple and put in beds to cool until the next day.
It is kept in the pantry in a dark and cool place.

For a delicious and tasty sauce, always use garden tomatoes !!
